You will receive a confirmation email and return form. Please send your device back with the forms attached to Navman New Zealand, Unit 7/11 Kawana Street, Northcote, Auckland

Once we have received and processed your current unit, we will then send out your new Navman. We would advise that you send the unit back via courier, so that it is traceable. Our returns team is off site so we cannot accept any returns to our street address.
